Deep Peace Classes

Our monthly ‘Deep Peace’ classes are fully guided relaxation and meditation sessions, where you can just lie down and completely relax…and they’re free!

You will experience the deeply relaxing and restorative effect of yoga nidra, as well as easy and practical meditation techniques to help you relieve tension and calm the mind. This class feels blissful and helps you to find perfect rest.
